1. General Rules : The holiday apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor areas. Pets are NOT allowed. Please handle the furniture and provided items with care. Any damages must be reported to us immediately.

2. Order and Cleanliness : Keep the apartment clean and tidy. Before departure, we kindly ask you to dispose of the trash according to the waste separation guidelines (see information on-site). Please wash and put away dishes, pots, and other kitchen utensils after use. Eating and drinking in the sleeping areas is not allowed.

3. Quiet Hours : Please observe the quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Consideration for neighbors and other guests is important to us.

4. Use of Facilities : The facilities of the holiday apartment are for our guests' use only. Please use the electrical appliances according to the provided instructions. Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment.

5. Safety : Do not leave candles or electrical appliances unattended when switched on. Please do not give the access key to third parties. A fee will be charged for lock replacement in case of loss.

6. Check-in & Check-out : Check-in: from 3:00 PM; Check-out: by 11:00 AM at the latest. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment broom-clean and to close all windows and doors.

7. Liability : The host is not liable for guests' personal belongings. The guest is liable for any damages caused within a reasonable extent.
