Cancellations must be made in writing. - What are the cancellation terms? - Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge - Up to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total price - Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price - What happens if the landlord has to cancel? The landlord may withdraw from the contract in exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure or unforeseen damage to the holiday apartment). In this case, the amount already paid will be fully refunded. No further claims exist – only the unused portion will be refunded.
